GUC Challenge #1 - Obstacle Course
We've had a couple of new members and a couple of "old" new members join in the last few weeks so it's about time we had a challenge!
The challenge is:
Obstacle Course
Build your robot (autonomous or not) behind the red line and crawl, hop, slither, or what ever you come up with through the obstacle course to the finish line!
The rules are as follows:
1) Gravity will stay at: x = 0 y= -9.81 z = 0
2) Rockets and lasers are allowed, but no one is going to enjoy the ufo flying over all the obstacles 
The submissions will be compiled in a video posted on youtube so everyone can see what work our community has been doing. The winner will be announced and showcased in the video as well as the runner ups, so work hard. Winner will be decided by a poll on the forum.
That's it! Build, share, compete, and enjoy!

Hey everyone! I have been checking the views and for a while there where only a couple and now there's a few more, but still no posts. I was just wondering if it was because no one is interested or if y'all are worried about posting first.
I'm just trying to bring attention to the challenge because I'd really like to see everyone active on the site. Thanks for your responses.

I haven't done it simply because I don't have the time to do it. I usually have time to look at the forum every now and then, but not much more than that.

Oh good, that date is now not fixed, since I were making a pretty complex thing, but were a little to busy to finish it in time.

I've noticed that there hasn't been much of a positive reply to this challenge, or much of a reply at all. I would like to know if maybe y'all want the challenge to be made a little easier or if I should close it and come up with a different one.

Hopefully to give y'all some ideas here is an entry I made.
My wife calls it the Wienermantis.

Here is the .mchn file with directions:
Up and Down arrow - Forward and reverse movement.
Left and Right arrow - Turns front of Wienermantis.
A and Z - Raise and lower front, respectively.
S and X - Raise and lower back, respectively.

I didn't say anything about pre programing or autonomous robots in the rules. I'll be sure to go and specify that robots do not have to be autonomous.
